As a New York State Certified Appraiser, I have software your typical Home Inspector does not have access to. For an additional fee I can provide you with
1. A detailed sketch and layout of your floor plan and square footage of your new home.
2. I can provide an Aerial view of your home and your new neighborhood.
3. I can provide you with the tax records of your home which will include, year built, prior owners, and approved permits and violation from the past.
